Federal Energy Funding Helps Duke Design a More “Risk-Aware” Energy Grid
Duke Associate Professor Dalia Patino-Echeverri is leading a multi-institutional research project to make the energy grid of the future – with a mix of more sustainable energy sources – adapt and change with conditions.
Patino-Echeverri, the Gendell Family Associate Professor in Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, is a researcher on the ARPA-E-funded project, GRACE, which stands for “a grid that is risk-aware for clean electricity.”
