Regardless of our gender, race, ability, sexuality, class, age, and other differences, technology impacts how we see and navigate the world around us.

Yet, systemic inequities and inequalities have resulted in a lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic and professional computing environments, thereby impacting not only who creates technology, but also who properly consumes it.

The Alliance for Identity-Inclusive Computing Education (AiiCE) was formed to remove obstacles and create measurable change by increasing and normalizing course and degree enrollment, retention, and completion rates of students from groups that are historically underrepresented in computing.
